Advanced Open Water

The Advanced Open Water class consists of the Advanced Open Water Diver eLearning course, classroom session, and six open water dives. Mandatory dives are a night dive/low visibility dive, deep dive and navigation dive. The student will also complete three more "AOW Core" dives Exploration and underwater mapping, Wreck, and Light Salvage.

The course fee includes eLearning, instructor fees, air cylinders/fills, and open water facility fees. Dive gear is also not included in the cost of the course. The student is responsible for transportation and housing.

*Advanced students must provide their own dive gear including a mask, snorkel, fins, boots, dive computer, proper thermal protection, and dive hood. This class requires a compass, writing slate/pencil, dive knife/tool, delayed surface marker buoy and spool, primary dive light. A backup light and tank marker are highly recommended.

Rescue Diver

The Rescue Diver course will change the way you dive –This continuing education course trains divers in the knowledge and skills needed to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies. The course will include the following: assists, transports, surface rescues and rescues from depth.

    This continuing education course is for certified divers who wish to increase their understanding and enjoyment of diving. The course is a progression toward NAUI Leadership roles, and some subject areas are a review and expansion of materials from previous courses. Instructors will specify performance objectives for related courses diving activities and each subject area is a progression in study. 

  • PSI Visual Cylinder Inspection

    VCI - Visual Cylinder Inspection® Course - This is the core certification course provided by PSI-PCI and in it we teach the regulations and fundamentals of conducting visual inspections of solid wall and composite SCUBA and SCBA cylinders.

  • PSI Valve Repair Technician

    This course provides an overview of valve types, valve repair, care and maintenance. It is approved and contributed to by many valve manufacturers. Students will receive a certificate of completion.re

  • PSI Oxygen Cylinder Cleaning Technician

    Prerequisite: Current PSI-PCI Visual Cylinder Inspector.

    Some people give oxygen little thought. But if you are using oxygen or enriched air in your facility, then you must be trained according to the Federal requirements to handle, manage and clean to specific O2 standards. 

  • Search & Recovery Diver

    Learn how to gather information, organize a search and choose an effective underwater search pattern. Your Instructor will give you practice scenarios to build and hone your skills.

  • Underwater Naturalist

    Admiring the beauty beneath the waves is one thing, but appreciating how the underwater environment functions, on a more complex level, is something that will enhance your diving experiences in ways you might not expect.

  • Wreck - External Survey

    The Wreck Diver Specialty course is popular because it offers rewarding adventures while observing responsible wreck diving practices.
