Confined Water Training
You’ll demonstrate swim proficiency in a small group setting and learn how to use the SCUBA equipment and how to SCUBA dive.
Open Water Certification
You’ll complete 4 SCUBA dives throughout a 2-day weekend After showing proficiency in SCUBA skills, you’ll receive your certification!
Every Dive Georgia student agrees to have a mask, snorkel, fins, boots, wetsuit and dive computer.

Try Scuba Experience
Start your scuba diving adventure with a positive first experience!
The Try Scuba course is designed to allow prospective scuba divers the opportunity to experience all that scuba diving has to offer without having to commit to the full Open Water Scuba Diver Course. It is common to have questions or concerns about scuba diving, and this course provides small group training with an instructor - giving you the opportunity to ask questions and fully experience scuba diving in a safe and controlled environment.
The Try Scuba Experience includes a brief summary about scuba diving theory and introduces basic skills that will be taught further when you continue the next step of the Open Water Scuba Diving Course.
Everything you need is provided for this experience: Pool and Instructor fees, air cylinder, Buoyancy Compensation Device (BCD), fins, mask, and regulator kit.
The experience lasts two hours and includes approximately 60 minutes in water. There are no time or skill obligations; only the experience and confidence gained once completed.

Included in this course is a pool session, air cylinder, weights, and instructor fees. You will work with a Dive Georgia scuba professional to be on your way back to the scuba diving life.
This course requires proof of logged dives in the previous 3 year.
Required equipment: mask, snorkel, fins, boots, wetsuit, and dive computer. We have a wide selection of these items available for purchase, and will be happy to help fit your gear correctly!
Available for rental: BCD and Regulator.
