COURSE COORDINATOR

Dive Georgia is a PADI 5 Star IDC Center located in North georgia. We have three full time Course Directors, 17 instructors, 7 service technicians, a Public Safety Diver program and TEC Program. Dive Georgia offers 3-4 IDCs and certifies 600-700 divers annually. 

We are looking to hire a full time position for course coordinator. The job roles will include creating courses in our point of sale, assigning instructors to courses, verifying student prerequisites, student forms, student waivers, student medicals, communicating with students and instructors, handling cancellations, PIC students, process instructor pay, and more...          All things courses!

Minimum Job Qualifications

• -Passionate about diving and building self sufficient divers is a must
• -OWSI certification (MSDT or IDC Staff a plus but not required to start)
• -Efficient communication skills
• -Very organized and efficient
• -US Work Qualified (This is NOT a work visa position)
• -Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and One Drive)
• -Detailed knowledge of PADI Courses and structure
• -Team player
• -Efficient with PADI Instructor manual and Guide to Teaching
• -Understand OLPC and Student Management Portals
• -Prior Point of Sale experience
• -Customer service skills
